ENERLINE S.A. HAS DEVELOPED AND MAINTAINS A QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

ENERLINE S.A. undertakes to carry out its activities within a set of principles, appropriate to the context of the organization that support the definition of various operational processes, objectives and targets focused on stakeholders, with particular emphasis on customers, employees, suppliers and environment, thus seeking continuous improvement of its performance and strategic direction. ENERLINE S.A. has developed and maintains a management system of quality, environment, safety and health, and social responsibility. The Board has established, implemented and maintains a policy that includes several commitments:

  • Provide a high quality service, taking into account the requirements of all stakeholders and seeking to increase the satisfaction levels of its customers;
  • Develop innovative solutions, internally and together with its partners;
  • To provide a framework for the definition of the objectives of safety and health at work, environment, quality and social responsibility;
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, compliance obligations and other requirements;
  • Provide healthy and safe working conditions for the prevention of occupational accidents and health problems; for the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution and the sustainable use of resources, taking into account the context of the organization and the nature of its risks and opportunities;
  • Define actions for the prevention, elimination, control and reduction of occupational safety and health hazards and risks as well as environmental aspects and impacts;
  • Promote the consultation and participation of workers;
  • Promote respect for the environment among its employees, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • To provide its workers with conditions for their professional, social and personal development, fostering continuous training, gender equality, in accordance with the internal regulations and its rules, namely the code of conduct
    Sponsor initiatives of local communities and society in general, in a logic of effective support to the development of the populations that most interact with the infrastructures of ENERLINE;
  • Promote continuous improvement of the integrated management system;
  • Provide and make available the necessary means for implementation, development, dissemination and compliance with the corporate policy and integrated management system.
