ENERLINE S.A. HAS ESTABLISHED AND UPHOLDS AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENCOMPASSING QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

ENERLINE S.A. is committed to developing its activities within a set of principles, appropriate to the organizational context, which support the definition of various operational processes, objectives and targets focused on stakeholders, with particular emphasis on clients, employees, suppliers and the environment, thus seeking the continual improvement of its performance and strategic orientation. ENERLINE S.A. has developed and maintains a management system for quality, environment, health & safety, and social responsibility. The Management has established, implemented and maintains a policy that includes several commitments:

  • Provide a high-quality service, taking into account the requirements of all stakeholders and seeking to increase client satisfaction levels;

  • Develop innovative solutions, both internally and in cooperation with its partners;

  • Provide a framework for the definition of occupational health and safety, environmental, quality, and social responsibility objectives;

  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, conformity obligations and other requirements;

  • Provide healthy and safe working conditions for the prevention of occupational accidents and health issues; for the protection of the environment, including pollution prevention and the sustainable use of resources, taking into account the organizational context and the nature of its risks and opportunities;

  • Define actions for the prevention, elimination, control and reduction of hazards and risks to occupational health and safety, as well as environmental aspects and impacts;

  • Promote worker consultation and participation;

  • Promote respect for the environment among its employees, suppliers and subcontractors;

  • Provide its employees with conditions for their professional, social and personal development, fostering continuous training, gender equality, in accordance with internal regulations and its rules, namely the code of conduct;

  • Sponsor initiatives of local communities and society in general, with the aim of effectively supporting the development of the populations that most interact with ENERLINE’s infrastructures;

  • Promote the continual improvement of the integrated management system;

  • Provide and make available the necessary means for the implementation, development, dissemination and fulfilment of the corporate policy and the integrated management system.
